30-day return window
You may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because our items are foods, opened or partially used packs cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email support@foodismedicines.com within 7 days with a photo. We will replace or refund it, including shipping, without asking you to return the food item.
How to request a return
Email support@foodismedicines.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping is the buyerтАЩs responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5тАУ10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.
