Goji Chrysanthemum Eye Tea

Ingredients

  • dried goji berries 10 g
  • dried chrysanthemum flowers 5 g
  • hot water (around 90°C) 500 ml
  • honey (optional) 1 tsp

💡 Kitchen tip

Refill the pot 2–3 times — the second steep is often the smoothest.

Steps

  1. 1

Rinse the goji berries and chrysanthemum flowers briefly under cool water.

  2. 2

Place both in a teapot or two cups and pour over water just off the boil.

  3. 3

Cover and steep for 5–8 minutes until the flowers open and the tea turns golden.

  4. 4

Sweeten lightly with honey if desired; the berries are edible once plump.
